What is worth writing about

• A wrong statutory figure. This is the most valuable message you can send. Include the country and a link to the source, and it will be fixed quickly — a wrong number here costs a passenger real money.
• A dead or wrong airline link. Airlines move their claim forms constantly; tell us which one and we will re-check it.
• A missing airline, airport or country.
• A bug, or a translation that reads badly in one of the ten languages.
• Privacy questions — see the privacy policy first; it explains why there is usually nothing held about you.
• Press and partnership enquiries.

We cannot act on your claim, contact an airline for you, review your individual case or give legal advice — see the disclaimer. The site is a tool you operate yourself, and the letter it writes goes out in your name, not ours.
